The Premium Finish Infinity Max-Air Grate is a 24" x 24" steel
perforated floor panel with a factory applied epoxy powder coat finish
to prevent corrosion and is available in three
Premium Finish Colors. The built-in self-retracting lift handle makes this perf panel easy to lift and manage.
What sets this perforated floor tile apart from others is the adaptability to different access floor structures and systems.
The Infinity Max-Air Grate is compatible in access floor systems with up to a maximum stringer width of 1-1/2".
The Infinity Max-Air Grate delivers over twice the CFM of average floor tiles with a minimum open area of 66%. Tests showed that with a static pressure of .10 in water column, the Air Grate delivered 1300 CFM.
This heavy-duty perf panel can withstand a static load of 1,300 lb.
on one square inch. It can also withstand a minimum ultimate load
(safety factor) capacity of 4,000 lbs.
Leveling legs and
z-brackets can
be purchased separately to adjust the fit of the panel so that the
panel can be nested to fit flush with existing access floors.
For the perfectly flush fit, be sure to order a set of leveling legs. An
optional damper kit can also be used to control the amount of open area.

Orders of 3 or less are shipped
individually via UPS. Orders of 4 or more are shipped via motor freight
on a pallet. If you do not have a truck loading dock, you must add
lift gate service to your order. Motor freight typically costs $300 and
up. Shipping costs vary widely based on order quantity and distance,
call for accurate pricing 888-217-6146. Fits floors with stringer width less than or equal to 1-3/16". Steel panel systems typically require 1" leveling legs. Wood core panel systems typically require 3/4" leveling legs and z-brackets. Leveling legs and z-brackets are not included.
These perforated tiles are shipped by freight on a pallet.
If you do not have a loading dock, you should add lift gate service to your Infinity order. In some circumstances, it may be possible for the tiles to be unpackaged and unloaded from the truck without lift gate service. Once delivered, it will be your responsibility to unload the shipment from the lift gate.
